The Founders Museum and Pioneer Village is now called Oliver Paipoonge Heritage Park.

Oliver Paipoonge is the home of a historical facility that features three collections showcasing the knowledge and artifacts of the past, making history fun to learn.  ​​​​​​Each group has fascinating stories to show you while preserving the history of our community and region. Flint Wilderness Resort is located in a naturally forested setting on the sandy shore of beautiful Klotz Lake, home of the Northern Pike and Walleye. Klotz Lake is connected to Flint Lake via Flint River where we maintain a remote outpost camp. This waterway and other secluded lakes and streams accessible from the camp offer our guests the very finest Northern Ontario fishing available. Both Klotz and Flint Lake are known internationally for their ability to produce trophy Northern Pike and Walleye.

Located only 20 minutes from Atikokan, Ontario, Canada on pristine Finlayson Lake, we offer a friendly atmosphere in a beautiful wilderness setting. Whether you’re enjoying a fishing trip, family vacation, blueberry picking, boating, the ATV trails or just watching the wildlife, you will never run out of things to do. The Visitor Center is located at 2 Willow Crescent in the Municipal Government Building. Brochures are available for local attractions, accommodations and activities. Maps of the town and surrounding areas as well as literature on fishing, camping, museum and safety information are also available at the Visitor Center.

Eagles’ Landing is a challenging 9-hole course nestled along the shores of Wabigoon Lake. It is a par 36, 3348 yd from the green tees and 3155 yd from the gold tees. Dining room & full-service bar in the clubhouse. Pro Shop, power carts & club rentals.

Dryden is known for its culture, shopping, dining and outdoor activities, including outdoor parks, hiking trails, sandy beaches and excellent fishing and hunting.

The Dorion Museum is located in Dorion in Ontario’s Superior Country. Dorion is home to one of the most notable natural attractions on the Lake Superior Circle Tour – Ouimet Canyon. When you visit the modest Dorion Museum you quickly learn not only about it’s history but of the sense of community and the people that make it so great. Every Sunday, June 12th - September 11th, 1 to 4 pm or call and make an appointment with any Committee Member.
