BOOTH LANDING has been a vacation destination since the mid 1940’s. Our family purchased this rustic and tranquil location in 2000 and have since done many upgrades including updating cottages and adding both seasonal and overnight campsites. Experience northern wilderness in the midst of our 45 acres of mature forest set on the northeast shores of Wasi Lake, a peaceful, quiet lake in beautiful & historical Chisholm, Ontario.

This motel is located on Highway 101 and was built in 1958. It is conveniently situated just a 6-minute walk from the Timmins Museum National Exhibition Centre and an 11-minute walk from Gillies Lake. 

The rooms are modest, but include flat-screen TVs and free WiFi, along with minifridges, microwaves, and coffeemakers. If you opt for an upgraded room, you get access to a whirlpool tub, heated floors, and a living room. 

During your stay with us, we aim to provide you with a comfortable experience. Our rooms are equipped with a range of amenities including cable TV, a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a hair dryer. Furthermore, we have winter plugs available to keep your vehicle's engine warm. Complimentary high-speed internet access is also provided for your convenience.

Blue Mountain Lodge is a small, secluded family cottage resort nestled among the tall pines that overlook beautiful Lake Kasshabog. Visit us for a family vacation, a fishing get-away or a quiet retreat.

Blue Jay Creek Provincial Park contains some of the largest raised beach and swale system on Manitoulin Island. Upland willow thickets are found at the beaches higher elevations. The forest cover is a mixture of cedar, spruce, and pine, and the extensive wetlands in the area include cedar, black spruce, and black ash swamp forest, open and tree bogs, treed fens, and riparian marshes. The park also includes a portion of Blue Jay Creek. This is a non-operating park. There are no activities or facilities at this park.

A pleasant welcome awaits you at the Birch Lodge and Northeast Canada Cottages, as you come to relax or play and enjoy the seasons on the peaceful and quiet shores of Granary Lake (Magog Lake), a private little lake surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. Our Northern Ontario cottages are located in North-eastern Ontario, halfway between Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie, just 12 kilometres (8 miles) north of the village of Blind River.

Big Water Campgrounds has grown from a small campsite to one with over three hundred (300) sites. Our expansion was needed to meet the continued demand for seasonal sites. Every year a few camping spots do open up. We do maintain a waitlist for those who are interested in becoming a seasonal lot holder. Each lot is supplied with a picnic table and fire pit. Well-maintained outdoor chemical toilets are strategically located throughout. Two beaches, 2 boat launch areas where family pets are welcome to cool off.
