We buy as many local raw ingredients as possible; milk, maple syrup, honey, wild blueberries, strawberries, pumpkins, carrots, beer, herbs, etc. We make our homemade waffle cones using local Brule Creek flour.

Built-in 1885 (est.), 206 Park Ave was originally constructed as a wholesale and retail dry goods space and is considered to be the tallest building in Port Arthur, ON. It has since been meticulously restored into an elegant mixed-use event venue with more than 5,000+ square feet of combined indoor space. Recent renovations highlight the building’s industrial past; the venue’s original exposed brick walls, and natural light, are juxtaposed with elegant leather bars and crystal chandeliers. The Trestle Ridge Ski Hill offers eight ski runs, ranging from beginner to intermediate-advanced. Trestle ridge is proud to operate the largest Terrain Park, between Lutsen and Sault St. Marie, with beginner and intermediate sized features. They offer a fully equipped rental and repair shop, with a wide variety of skis and snowboards. Ski and snowboarding lessons are available, with advanced notice. Light snacks are available at the ski chalet.
