Climb the Cox Bay Trail to the Lookout and get an aerial view of Cox Bay, Chesterman Beach, and Clayoquot Sound with Lone Cone Mountain in the background. An easy-moderate intensity, 2.6 km hike, approximately a 10-minute drive from Tofino town center. 

One of B.C.'s most popular beaches, Cox Bay Beach is an expansive sand beach that is well known for its great surfing and spectacular views. 

The Bear’s Inn features six modern cottages that are clean and comfortable, including on-site nature trails, local wildlife, children’s playground, fishing and other outdoor activities. Your visit to the Bear’s Inn will also provide close access to an 18-hole golf course, numerous art galleries, gift shops, grocery/convenience stores, local restaurants and many other site-seeing activities open during the summer season.

Named in honour of an early fish researcher, this public park is open for recreational activities. Campsites, some with hydro, water and septic hookups, are available for a fee. Picnics and local events are held under the large pavilion.

Home is steps from Shabogesic Beach, next to Lake Nipissing, and 15 minutes from Jack Garland Airport. Nipissing University and Canadore College are both 10 minutes away.
