Overlooking Lake Superior, Terrace Bay is a beautiful, charming little town along the Trans-Canada Highway - home to the Aguasabon Falls, Terrace Bay Lighthouse and the Slate Islands. We're the spot for fishing, boating, kayaking and hiking on the Lake.

At a dairy farm, you'll find a captivating statue sign depicting three cows: one lounging like a Hollywood starlet, another standing on its hind legs, and a third perched on its shoulders, proudly holding a milk can.

Ms. Claybelt was the fabrication of local businessman and creative genius Jerry Shepherdson. The Township of Dymond Council approached Mr. Shepherdson back in the early eighties, asking him if he could produce a larger than life-size cow as a tourist attraction for the areaThe Dairy Association of Canada brought a 12-inch-high by 18 inches wide statue of a Holstein-Friesian to Mr. Shepherdson and Ms. Claybelt was created from it.

Farms and fields cover the Little Claybelt region in the Temiskaming Shores area, where agrotourism is the name of the game. You can't leave the area without a selfie with this 12-foot tall Holstein cow!

In a whimsical twist, a moose effortlessly lifts a bemused hunter into the air, deftly clutching the hunter's rifle with its other hoof. This playful scene adds a touch of anthropomorphic humor, poking fun at Ontario's outdoors enthusiasts.
