Named in honour of an early fish researcher, this public park is open for recreational activities. Campsites, some with hydro, water and septic hookups, are available for a fee. Picnics and local events are held under the large pavilion.

Your first task once you’re over the swing bridge? Get onto Island Time with a stop at Manitoulin Brewing Company in Little Current. The Company’s Silo & Patio serves up all their brews on tap, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, and The Brewgers food truck burgers are not to be missed.

Formerly Carol & Earl's Restaurant, RC's is located in South Baymouth, which makes it your first option for food on Manitoulin Island after getting of the ferry. 
You'll find burgers, pizza, baked goods, and once in a while smoked meat!

My Friends Inn

My Friends Inn is an 8-room, family-run motel located on Manitoulin Island in the small community of Manitowaning. There are two theatres, a beautiful beach with boat launch and playground, an 18 hole golf course, museum, restaurants, grocery store, drug store and liquor store all within walking distance. Picnic tables and a BBQ are available outdoors for guests.

 Ride north on Hwy 6 with views of rolling countryside, mixed with woodlands. Catch a glimpse of Lake Huron and the distant islands and shorelines.

Grab a meal at a local restaurant or take something `To Go`. Sit lakeside watching the famous Chi-Cheemaun Ferry arrive in port. Chi-Cheemaun, which translates from Ojibwe to mean “big canoe”, offers service between Tobermory and South Baymouth dating back to the early 1930's.
