Just as it was when Charlie Clark discovered this location in 1946 and built the original few cabins on the remote and rugged shores of a driftwood-dotted beach, there are still no roads connecting us to the outside world. Between 1960 -1975 Sam Woods and his family established this camps reputation as one of the finest in the Algoma region.
Woman Lake Lodge is a remote, boat-in sport fishing camp, off the grid but on the map. We offer trophy walleye, northern, and lake trout just minutes from your cabin, as well as hunting/fishing packages. The lake itself, with its pristine setting is one that can be enjoyed not only by fishermen, but also anyone wanting to enjoy nature as it was intended. Windy Pine Cottages consists of four handsomely designed and constructed, well-maintained cottages, with one cottage being wheelchair accessible. All the amenities of the home with the fun of lakeside living.
The resort is accessed by a paved road to the lot line and there is 132 feet of floating dock with boat launch area. For winter fun, we also have two overnight Ice Shanty's which are heated and sleep six. Winter fishing in comfort.
