Named after an abandoned gold mine, this park is located on a peninsula in Kenogamisis Lake. The lake offers excellent swimming and walleye and pike fishing in its bays and marshes. Look up at the sky on a clear summer night and you may see the northern lights. Bird watch and view wildlife as the forest comes alive after a long, cold northern Ontario winter

Lost Lake Wilderness Lodge is a fishing paradise, with a diverse set of waterways, we offer a variety of 7 different lakes, with 4 different species which are Northern Pike, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass and Brook Trout. We are the only fishing lodge on Lost Lake and while we promote conservation on all of the lakes we fish, we are primarily catch and release.

Lady Evelyn-Smoothwater is located in the heart of the Temagami region and in the center of a 2400km interconnected canoeing network. The park protects some of Temagami’s famous old growth White and Red pine ecosystems and showcases the beautiful clear lakes and rushing rivers. Our campgrounds offer numerous activities such as swimming, fishing, bird watching, boat launching, and hiking.

Kettle Lakes Provincial Park

There are twenty-two kettle lakes in the area that were formed by glaciers. These lakes are deep and are fed by springs. The forest in the area is mainly Jack Pine Boreal Forest. If you enjoy fishing, you'll be glad to know that many of the lakes are stocked with Rainbow and Brook Trout, making for excellent fishing. Additionally, there are fourteen kilometers of biking trails to explore. For families, there are also interpretive programs available.

Kenny Forest Provincial Park is situated 55 km north of North Bay. This vast 2,200-hectare natural environment park is located within the Nipissing Crown Game Preserve. It boasts a range of wet and dry shoreline communities, interior upland forests with marshes, fens, and peatlands, as well as shoreline lowland forests and swamps.

This is a non-operating park. There are no activities or facilities at this park.

The campground is open from May 15 to the day after the Canadian Thanks Giving Holiday  We  are a family oriented wilderness  campground located at the end of O.Frank Road  in Porquis Junction, Ontario. There is water available for use in your trailers but it is NOT for drinking.  Drinking water and other soft drinks are available at the store in the office.
