This remote hunting, fishing and area is accessible by road. Hunters and Anglers can stay in one of our fully equiped H/K cabins at the main camp. A firepit is available for all campers. If you prefer to stay in our rustic campgrounds, the campground can accommodate tents, trailers or motor homes. The only thing supplied is good drinking water. The drop camps are located on Maskuti & Alf lakes, both are accessible only by boat, One is available, and newly renovated, the other is under construction.

Experience world class fishing for walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, brook trout, whitefish, and perch. We are located on the shores of secluded Hay Bay within the beautiful Chapleau Game Preserve. We have good highway access from Sault Ste. Marie, and fully equipped housekeeping cabins and RV sites. Our guests quickly become part of our extended family at Island View Camp. In addition to our cabins and campground we have a large building with a commercial kitchen that is suitable for hosting corporate events, workshops, or conferences.

Boasting a beautiful picnic and playground area with a nature trail leading through the woodlands, the facility also offers local and regional tourist information, along with exhibits of unique historical and wilderness themes in the Ignace area.
