Pagoda Visitor Information Centre

Thunder Bay’s Tourist “Pagoda” can rightfully claim its place in history as Canada’s oldest continuously operating tourist bureau. This Chinese-like structure dates back to 1909. Amongst its modern neighbours and overlooking Thunder Bay’s marina, the Pagoda has continued to greet visitors for more than a century. Abram Lake Park is located four miles south of Sioux Lookout on Highway 72. A beautiful, family-operated hunting/fishing resort situated on 35 acres of land with 3,000 feet of shoreline and two natural sand beaches.

Johnson's Beach is a public beach on beautiful spring-fed Thunder Lake minutes from downtown Dryden.

 

It offers swimming, canoe/kayaking, fishing, restrooms and picnic areas. Open seasonally.

Keewatin Boat Launch

In front of the Keewatin arena there is daytime and overnight parking along with trailer parking and access to a boat launch which feed into Lake of the Woods once under the Keewatin bridge. 

Moncrief Construction Sports Centre and Boat Launch

Recreation Centre

At the rear of the Kenora Recreation Centre there is daytime and overnight parking along with oversized vehicle parking (including trailers) and access to a boat launch on Laurenson's Creek which feeds in Lake of the Woods immediately after the bridge. This boat launch is also across from our local Safeway grocery store. 

Rabbit Lake Skating Trail

Rabbit Lake Skating Trail was first opened in the 2020 winter season. This is a plowed skating loop on Rabbit Lake sponsored by the Kenora Hospitality Alliance. This trail is in a convenient location for the Kenora community and visitors.

Musky Point

Musky point is a fully operational marina, located in downtown Kenora. Including full service gas pumps, ice, garbage drop-off, water toys, drinks, snacks, minnows and other boating accessories.

Whether on vacation or just looking for a new way to explore the scenic lakes of Kenora Ontario, Green Adventures nature-based tour company is dedicated to making your outdoor experience unforgettable and fun. With canoe, kayak, paddle board and pedal boat rentals you can head out on your own adventure. Additionally, Green Advenures offers guided canoe and fish trips, boat tours and hiking expeditions. On site, Green Adventures has a small rock wall.
