Nowhere Chocolate and Coffee

Exterior of building

After almost 12 years of owning and operating Comfort Table Bakery and The Middle of Nowhere Coffee Roastery in beautiful Vermilion Bay, Ontario, we are trying our hand at making this amazing product...craft chocolate
Our cacao beans are sourced from small distributors who trade directly with the farm or farming co-operative. An exciting element of bean-to-bar chocolate is the lack of waste. All of our cacao products come from various parts of the roasted cacao bean, so cool.
