Memquisit Lodge dates back to the 1920’s, an addition built in the 60’s with an office & lounge. When you enter the lodge you become part of the thousands that have set foot at one point in time in this historical building. It features a dining room with a seating capacity of 50 guests, a comfortable and cozy lounge, a large kitchen, a confectionery, souvenir and gift shop, a game room with pool table, a kids activity centre and a large screened-in deck overlooking the bay. Great fishing, boating and even hunting are all here for you to enjoy.

Nestled along the shoreline of Melwel Bay are 11 gorgeously restored, immaculately maintained 1-4 bedroom cabins. Each cabin has it’s own unique personality, offering guests wilderness luxury of comfortable beds, furniture and well appointed amenities.

Spruce Island Camp has been in operation since 1965. Our season runs from the 3rd Saturday in May through October each year. We continually strive to upgrade our cabins and facilities for your enjoyment, comfort and convenience.
