Spruce Island Camp has been in operation since 1965. Our season runs from the 3rd Saturday in May through October each year. We continually strive to upgrade our cabins and facilities for your enjoyment, comfort and convenience.

​Fishing in the quiet bays near camp you will find walleye, northern pike, bass and trophy muskies. Due to our remote, yet boat accessible location; the fishing opportunities are endless. Your fish will be kept, without charge, in our big freezer until your departure.

Fishing at Blue Heron Resort is a favorite activity, but it is also a great place for bird watchers, nature lovers, photographers, and people who just want to get away to relax. Our family resort offers Modern fully-equipped Cottages and RV sites.
