40th Annual Traditional Powwow for Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation. Honouring the traditions, stories, and wisdom of our people.

Held at Curve Lake First Nation Pow Wow Grounds in Lime Kiln Park, 70 Whetung Street East, Curve Lake First Nation. Grand Entry on both days is at noon.

July 12 - 13, 2025

This year’s Pow Wow will take place at Douglas Lake, Christian Island.

August 16-17, 2025

Takes place at the Garden River Ball Fields.

Grand entry at noon and 7 pm on the 16th and 1 pm on the 17th.

The Sagamok Anishnawbek Traditional Pow Wow is an annual event held on the Pic River First Nation Reserve, specifically at the Sagamok Spiritual Grounds, during the second weekend of July.

We are excited to announce that, as an Indigenous Center owned and operated by the Peel Board of Education, we will be hosting our 2nd Annual Powwow! This vibrant event will take place during the day, with the Grand Entry scheduled for noon. We look forward to celebrating our culture and community together!
