Portage Bay Lodge

Portage Bay Lodge is one of Northern Ontario's oldest operating campgrounds. Built in 1947 by the Chitaroni Brothers, today it features the Main Lodge, a Marina, 10 log cabins and over 50 trailer sites all overlooking the beautiful Montreal River /Portage Bay.
Porcupine Ski Runners

Porcupine Ski Runners is one of the largest nordic ski clubs in Canada and was founded in 1972. We are a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that offers exceptional cross-country ski and snowshoe trails alongside a modern chalet. Our location in the center of Timmins provides quick access for all residents. During the season, our chalet is open 7 days a week from 8AM to 9PM. We also offer 3.5kms of lighted trails for night skiing. Our trails are impeccably groomed and you can check the latest conditions on our trail conditions page.

Located on Highway 580 just East of the Community of Beardmore, this municipal park offers visitors 125 campsites, 45 of which offer electrical and water hook-ups a wealth of recreational opportunities including swimming, hiking, boating and fishing, as well as some of the most stunning scenery the Greenstone region has to offer. Just 5 kilometers from the Park is High Hill Harbour, a docking and service station for commercial and pleasure crafts including fueling and pump out facilities.
