Eight seasonal fully equipped housekeeping cottages with open rafters and wood heat are located on the 22 acre French Island.

Each room is equipped with a 42-inch high definition flat screen television, complete with HDMI and DVD player. We also offer complimentary DVD rentals at the front desk. In addition, every room features a coffeemaker, large bar fridge, and microwave. Free high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property. This motel is located on Highway 101 and was built in 1958. It is conveniently situated just a 6-minute walk from the Timmins Museum National Exhibition Centre and an 11-minute walk from Gillies Lake. 

The rooms are modest, but include flat-screen TVs and free WiFi, along with minifridges, microwaves, and coffeemakers. If you opt for an upgraded room, you get access to a whirlpool tub, heated floors, and a living room.
