The Angler Young Angler program takes place in Red Lake, Ontario as well as many other cities in Canada and the U.S. The Angler & Young Angler Tournaments started in 1998 with the intent of giving youth the opportunity to fish in a competitive-style tournament in a fun environment, surrounded by family and friends.

Anglers from all over the region take aim at catching the top prize in this fast-paced, three-day, live release race for the biggest smallmouth bass. The town also celebrates with events in the days leading up to and during the tournament.

Point Park is located on the shores of Rainy Lake in east Fort Frances on Highway 11. Enjoy hours of relaxation, recreation, fishing, swimming and sunbathing. Campsites are also available. Don't forget to have a rest at the Big Chair! There is a huge grassy area as well as as many play structures for the kids.
Docking facilities are within one mile of the park at the Sorting Gap Marina. There are a number of stores nearby where you can purchase gas, ice and any other supplies that you may need.
