Our outpost housekeeping cabins are all fully-equipped for the perfect fishing or family vacation in Northwestern Ontario.

There are twenty-two kettle lakes in the area that were formed by glaciers. These lakes are deep and are fed by springs. The forest in the area is mainly Jack Pine Boreal Forest. If you enjoy fishing, you'll be glad to know that many of the lakes are stocked with Rainbow and Brook Trout, making for excellent fishing. Additionally, there are fourteen kilometers of biking trails to explore. For families, there are also interpretive programs available.

It has been ranked the 8th best fishing destination for all species. Walleye enthusiasts can expect catches of dozens and up to over 100 walleye on many days during the season.

Kensington Point Marina carries a variety new boats on display at our location for your convenience and if we do not have it, we can get it for you. We also have used boats as well as motors new and used for whatever your boating needs are. Kensington Point Marina is the only marina in the area that is located on the water. Having a marina on the water lets us be able to test your boat and do diagnostics right there with our full service department. In addition to our full service department on boats, we also service your cottages and docks.

Kenny Forest Provincial Park is situated 55 km north of North Bay. This vast 2,200-hectare natural environment park is located within the Nipissing Crown Game Preserve. It boasts a range of wet and dry shoreline communities, interior upland forests with marshes, fens, and peatlands, as well as shoreline lowland forests and swamps.

This is a non-operating park. There are no activities or facilities at this park.

Several decades of operations have made KapRiver Outfitters one of the most experienced outfitters in Northeastern Ontario. Peter and Terry Martin have created the perfect setting inside their 4,000 square foot home to comfortably accommodate 10 clients.

Our camp is located 25 miles east of Wawa on Hwy. 101, in the heart of the Algoma Kinniwabi wilderness. Situated among the hills and adjacent to the Kinniwabi River, the camp affords an easy access to numerous outdoor activities. We offer both house keeping cabins and campsites for weekly rental while you enjoy some of Northern Ontario's best Speckled Trout, Northern Pike, Whitefish, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass and Yellow Perch Fishing with 27 boats on 17 or more wilderness set lakes. Hunt black bear in the Algoma Kinniwabi wilderness area.
