The Spry Farm is a family hobby farm, located in the Rainy River District, offering farm experiences, local honey, dog training, and more.

Point Park is located on the shores of Rainy Lake in east Fort Frances on Highway 11. Enjoy hours of relaxation, recreation, fishing, swimming and sunbathing. Campsites are also available. Don't forget to have a rest at the Big Chair! There is a huge grassy area as well as as many play structures for the kids. 

Docking facilities are within one mile of the park at the Sorting Gap Marina. There are a number of stores nearby where you can purchase gas, ice and any other supplies that you may need.

Gordon A. Schlichting, a Minneapolis architect, carved the Mermaid while he was a student spending the summers on Rainy Lake. Located in Silver Island Narrows, near Copenhagen Island, the Mermaid watches over the comings and goings of the lake. 

Located at the end of Eighth Street East on the fringe of the town of Fort Frances, 2.5 km (1.6 mi) of hiking trails loop and intertwine with 6 km (3.7 mi) of ski trails and a snowmobile trail.
