Ole’s a Northern Ontario Gem on Whitefish Lake has been captivating and attracting anglers generation after generation. Whitefish Lake is located just 35 miles from the US Pigeon River border and a short 50-minute drive from Thunder Bay Ontario. Whitefish Lake is approximately 11.7 square miles and primarily 5 to 22 feet deep. Draining into Lake Superior via the river Arrow its crystal-clear spring-fed water with an abundance of vegetation boasts the perfect condition for Walleye, Northern Pike, and Jumbo Perch. Whitefish Lake is one of the few lakes that can sustain a 100 perch limit

The Marina Marketing Association was formed in the fall of 1993 to promote the boating opportunities along the Canadian North Shore of Lake Superior.
Many of the communities have been developing their marinas and waterfronts as an opportunity to attract marine tourism into their areas.

The Nipigon Public Pool is a very family friendly pool with certified and trained lifeguards all of which were also taught in the same pool they are now guarding. It is outdoors and a great place to have birthdays and other get togethers during the summer. They also offer monthly and season passes, swimming lessons, and rentals.

The Manitouwadge Public Library offers opportunities for discovery in an equally social and academic atmosphere. Passionate staff provides innovative programs, services, access to information, collections and off-site programs.

The Manitouwadge Municipal Golf Course is a 9 hole course measuring 3193 yards for men’s play and 2475 yards for ladies. The course offers a picturesque setting and a combination of undulating and flat fairways with small, well positioned greens.

Harry Lake Lodge offers a unique wilderness fishing experience in a pristine remote setting. Our guests are provided with warm personalized service, luxurious accommodations including private baths, gourmet meals and amenities not usually found in the wilds of Northwestern Ontario.
