Located on the South Shore of Lake Nipissing in Callander, Ontario, our well-kept lakefront property is the perfect, family-friendly destination. We’re just 3.5 hours north of Toronto (and worth the drive if you’re farther!). We have 5 fully-equipped cottages available for rent year-round and 30 trailer sites. Greening Bay is known for its beautiful scenery, sunsets, and great fishing. Our large beach offers a place to lay in the sun, to swim and play, and to sit by the fire in the evenings.

We are located in the Arctic Water shed and on the James Bay Frontier. Our local region is called Gogama Wilderness. The lodge is located in this wilderness region and on beautiful Mattagami Lake. Twenty miles north of Gogama, one mile East off Highway 144.

We are a family owned & operated cottage resort and campground located on the beautiful French River. Our property is dog friendly and features 5 fully equipped housekeeping cottages, boat launch & docking, boat rental, and both seasonal and weekly campsites.

You'll have access to hiking trails right at your doorstep, and Trout Lake is just a step away for boating, fishing, or swimming. If you visit us in the winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and access to the snowmobile trail from the front door.
