The Brew Pub is the newest addition to 27 Cumberland Street. A freshly renovated space adjacent to Prospector Steakhouse specializing in home-brewed beer, a unique and ever-changing menu, and a comfortable environment where guests can enjoy live music, entertainment, or simply a place to watch the game. The Foundry is a family-run restaurant and bar with a focus on creating authentic, home made pub food. Led by our Chef Adam Scarcello and his talented crew, The Foundry aims to use fresh and local ingredients to bring you both old and new world flavours. 

We are a small batch, one woman owned and operated bakery located in the heart of downtown Port Arthur. We take pride in using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods for our baking.
