Some of the local ingredients we use are- flour from Brule Creek Farms, cheese from Thunder Oak Cheese Farm, jam, honey, fruit, veggies, beer from Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. When you buy from The Sweet North, you are supporting many other local businesses! Everything we serve is made in-house- including the meats on our sandwiches, condiments, buns, salad dressings, jams- everything! We are proud to call Thunder Bay our home and strive to celebrate and highlight the regional flavours of Northwestern Ontario.
