Some of the local ingredients we use are- flour from Brule Creek Farms, cheese from Thunder Oak Cheese Farm, jam, honey, fruit, veggies, beer from Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. When you buy from The Sweet North, you are supporting many other local businesses! Everything we serve is made in-house- including the meats on our sandwiches, condiments, buns, salad dressings, jams- everything! Making fresh gelato on site everyday, Prime Gelato handcrafts high quality, creative, artisanal gelato. We buy as many local raw ingredients as possible; milk, maple syrup, honey, wild blueberries, strawberries, pumpkins, carrots, beer, herbs, etc. We make our homemade waffle cones using local Brule Creek flour. 

We believe in high quality ingredients and we do not use any high fructose corn syrups, fillers, or preservatives.

Built-in 1885 (est.), 206 Park Ave was originally constructed as a wholesale and retail dry goods space and is considered to be the tallest building in Port Arthur, ON. It has since been meticulously restored into an elegant mixed-use event venue with more than 5,000+ square feet of combined indoor space. Recent renovations highlight the building’s industrial past; the venue’s original exposed brick walls, and natural light, are juxtaposed with elegant leather bars and crystal chandeliers.
