Sand River Falls is located on Hwy 17 north in Lake Superior Provincial Park. This makes for a lovely rest stop as it has ample parking, restroom facilities and a trail for a nice leg stretch. The trail is classified as "moderate" in skill level and proper footwear should be worn as there can be large rocks and tree routes. The Sand River is also known to a be fly fishing gem.

Saenchiur flechey is a family owned and operated resort situated on the West Arm of Lake Nipissing in Monetville, Ontario. Our resort offers a variety of on-site activities including guided hiking, cross country skiing, boat rentals, guided pontoon boat tours, snowshoeing, sliding, swimming, a private beach, fishing and ice fishing as well as wild life viewing. Our housekeeping cottages can accommodate up to 41 people.
