This Coastal Woodland area is the easternmost section of the Boom Camp site. The focus of the interpretation on this trail loop is the significant timbering heritage and history of the area. The trail is 3.1 km, starting at the east pavilion and looping through forest area, extending all the way out to the shore of Lake Huron.
This is the westernmost section of the Delta Loop, part of the Boom Camp Interpretive Park trails. Open year-round for walking, running, skiing, biking. There is a beach on the shore of Lake Huron.

The round-trip hike from the South Kabeyun Trailhead parking lot, to the end of the Sea Lion Trail, and back is 2.4km and takes roughly an hour to complete. Interpretive panels are a must-read for anyone interested in the fascinating geology of this unique formation.
