Every year in mid-August, since 2002, Ville-Marie is transformed into the colors and flavors of the Gourmet Fair. On the banks of the majestic Lake Témiscamingue, the marquees are erected for the great celebration of regional products. More than 50 exhibitors offer you 250 varieties of tastings! Watch the chefs in action and take part in the auction to get your hands on their creations. Throughout the Gourmet Fair weekend, musical shows are offered free of charge.
