Halley’s Camps, a family business, has been a fishing destination for 79 years in Ontario, Canada. The incredible walleye, northern pike, and smallmouth bass fishing are truly out of this world on the English River located north of Minaki, Ontario. As we continue to operate as a family business (started in 1946), we see that traditions are still important—our fishermen return year after year. Fishermen not only boat large numbers of fish, but find that the quality of the fishery is amazing.

Our 1 and 2 bedroom fully-equipped cabins are surrounded by Crown Land, along the Murdock river, as it enters the top of the French River, making it the perfect location for hunting and fishing. Great Escape Cabins is minutes away from the C Trail, offering grocery packages and supplies to snowmobilers. Satellite TV and propane BBQ’s are included with each cabin.
