Canadian Lighthouses of Lake Superior restores, preserves, maintains and promotes Lighthouses on Lake Superior offering tours and overnight lodging. An umbrella organization represents a movement to restore, preserve, maintain and promote lighthouses that dot the northern shores of Lake Superior. Incorporated under the Ontario Historical Society, CLLS’s duty is to provide to the public access to these unique heritage locations. The organizations stretches from US/ Pigeon River Boarder (near Thunder Bay) and follows the shoreline to Sault Ste.

The Bruce Mines Marina offers boaters safe harbour as well as modern facilities, and convenience at coordinates 46.16.75 North and 83.46.60 West.

The nine docks at this port have the capacity to host 35 boats with a maximum length of 65 feet with an average water depth in the marina at 5 feet and 8 feet at the gas dock. We offer ethanol free gasoline and diesel at competitive rates and sewage pump out service at the gas dock as well as shower and washroom facilities.

Built in 1894 as a Presbyterian Church, the "Church on the Rock" was used for services until 1917. During its time this historic building has been as a post office, a scout and church hall, a schoolhouse and a public library. Today, the museum features interesting artifacts that tell the story of the people who settled the area as the town is Canada's first copper mine.
