This creamy Dutch cheese has long been a favourite of cheese lovers around the world, Thunder Oak Cheese Farm has been making it in Thunder Bay since 1995 with fresh milk from their own Holstein cows with no preservatives or added colouring. There is also a farm store that offers Gouda in any quantity, large or small, and in twelve different flavours along with a wide variety of Dutch import products including cookies, candy, spices and licorice to ceramics and towels. Their cheese can be found at many locally owned grocery stores as well as the Thunder Bay Country Market.
