Poplar Park Beach is located in the Municipality of Greenstone 9 miles (14.8kms) east of Beardmore up Highway 580 in Ontario’s Superior Country Region. This is a beautiful sandy beach on the shore of Lake Nipigon at Poplar Lodge Park. Ideal for swimming, sun bathing and sand castles. Amenities available are comfort station, boat launch, boardwalk, change room, playground and campground. A pedestrian bridge crossing the Standingstone River connects two beaches.
