We are excited to announce that, as an Indigenous Center owned and operated by the Peel Board of Education, we will be hosting our 2nd Annual Powwow! This vibrant event will take place during the day, with the Grand Entry scheduled for noon. We look forward to celebrating our culture and community together!

The Ojibway and Cree Cultural Centre is a non-profit organization established in 1975 under the direction of Grand Council Treaty #9, now known as the Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN). The centre is funded by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) through its Cultural Education Centres Program. The Ojibway and Cree Cultural Centre is managed by a board of directors who represent each tribal council area of NAN.

In addition to fuel, the station provides various services and amenities to its customers. Restrooms are available for those who need to take a break during long-distance travel. The gas station also has a convenience store that offers a variety of snacks, drinks, and other items that travelers may need while on the road.
